Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC) is a two-year technical college with campuses in Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake and Superior, in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. There are also two branches in Hayward and Ladysmith. Learning is our passion and it shows. Nearly 1 in 9 residents have taken some sort of class through a WITC campus or outreach center. We’ve trained countless members of business and industry and make our communities stronger.

WITC also operates a learning center in Washburn County. WITCs administrative offices are in Shell Lake. The college offers more than 50 career programs.
WITC is guided by its Mission, Vision and Values, which was created by a group of staff from all four campuses representing all work groups. Governance is provided by the WITC Board of Trustees.
International education offerings at WITC provide students with opportunities to expand their educational experiences and to better prepare for the world of work. International Education activities include cultural exchange programs, semester abroad opportunities, service learning activities and courses that embed international experiences in the curriculum.
This unique program brings young Japanese students together with American counselors for a 24 hrs day English immersion program. Stressing daily use of English, the camp provides a 1-5 counselor/student ratio.
