Zunyi medical college was founded in 1947 with the name of Dalian medical college.
The college was relocated from Dalian to zunyi and renamed zunyi medical college in 1969. After 60 years of history the college has alredy grown into comprehensive centre for medical education. It is the medical key college at the provincial level in Guizhou province which is located in Zunyi which is a historically, culturally and scenically celebrated city.
