Genetic Disease

As per available reports about 150 journals, 210 Conferences, 80 workshops are presently dedicated exclusively to genetic diseases and about 7,71,000 articles are being published on the current trends in genetic syndromes and treatment. In terms of research annually, USA, India, Japan, Brazil and Canada are some of the leading countries where maximum studies related to genetic algorithms are being carried out. As reported in Journal of Genetic Disorders & Genetic Reports “Growth Abnormalities Resulting in Short Stature in Genetic Syndromes” by Dr. Lena Dain, These disorders include chromosomal abnormalities such as Down and Turner syndromes, monogenic syndromes (Noonan syndrome and other selected syndromes caused by RAS/MAPK pathway genes, Cornelia de Lange syndrome and SHOX gene abnormalities) and epigenetic mechanism abnormalities, including Silver-Russell syndrome and Prader-Willi syndrome. In addition, the article discusses potential mechanisms for abnormal growth in various genetic syndromes. Early diagnosis of the cause of short stature in some of these disorders allows for earlier treatment, and has the potential for a better outcome in children with growth abnormality.

The Journal of Molecular and Genetic Medicine
is an academic journal – hosted by OMICS International – and is listed among the top 10 journals in computational biology. Each year research scientists have noticed a rise in the number of congresses being held in this field. The journal provides a unique platform to researchers and scientist to explore the advanced and latest research developments in the field of genetic diseases, thus bridging the gap between researchers and young scientists.

The Journal of Molecular and Genetic Medicine is supporting International Conference on Genetic Counseling and Genomic Medicine going to be held on August 11-12, 2016 in Birmingham, UK, with a theme "Exploring the complexity of the genome and related therapeutics". Genetic counseling provides information and support to people who have, or may be at risk for genetic disorders. Genomic medicine is making an impact in the fields of oncology, pharmacology, rare, undiagnosed and infectious diseases. In Genomic Medicine-2016, you can make yourself familiar with it for the betterment of your future.

Our Group hosts over 700 leading-edge peer reviewed Open Access Journals and organize over 3000 International Conferences annually all over the world.
