Baystate Health is one of the most reputed hospitals of the world, ranked as the best overall performance for over 130 successive years and is now the largest regional employer in western Massachusetts, and one of the largest health systems in New England. Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA is ranked nationally in 3 adult and 1 pediatric specialties. This hospital was one of 89 facilities that were ranked in at least one of 10 specialties in the 2014-15 Best Childrens Hospitals.
