The College, with its excessive aspiration of education dedication to the society of Hong Kong, and with the advantages of its 69 years inheritance of great schooling excellence, is set up and registered as an Approved Post Secondary College below the Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance (Cap 320). Seeing the urgent importance of training reforms in Hong Kong, the Board of Governors of the College made its company decision to implement its assignment in tertiary education by means of creating greater tertiary education opportunities to individuals, aiming at nurturing greater future leaders, strengthening the competitiveness of Hong Kong, and bringing us a more stable, prosperous and harmonious society in a information-base economy of the 21st century.
