Puigvert Foundation is a medical institute specializing in urology founded in 1943 by Dr. Antoni Puigvert is one of the worlds most prestigious of its kind. It was founded in the year 1941. In 1961 it was constituted and the Foundation was authoritatively perceived as a charitable organization and instructing blended. It functions as a school based on a medical organization, clinical and scientific extra-fully, to provide training for urologists.
In 1952 he designed a plan Specialization in Nephrology and 1968 Andrology. Since 1971 distributes an Annals of the Puigvert Foundation and has been an essential part in building up the Catalan human services show. In 1986 he got the Cross of St. George.
The mission of this foundation is "to provide comprehensive , effective and humane assistance in urology, nephrology and andrology, and to promote the development and scientific knowledge of these specialties, with teaching, training, research, dissemination and health education activities.
