Introduction

Prefabricated construction commonly referred to as modular or off-site construction, has gained significant traction in the modern building industry. This innovative approach involves manufacturing building components in a controlled factory environment before assembling them on-site [1]. Prefabrication offers numerous advantages, including cost reduction, faster project completion, improved quality control, and sustainability.
