Abstract
Block-chain technology has emerged as a transformative innovation with the potential to revolutionize food
supply chains and address issues of pollution. This paper explores the impact of Block-chain on food supply chains,
particularly in mitigating pollution risks. By providing transparency, traceability, and immutability, Block-chain enables
stakeholders to track the journey of food products from farm to fork, thereby enhancing accountability and trust.
This abstract discusses the potential of Block-chain to detect and prevent pollution incidents along the supply chain,
improving food safety and environmental sustainability. Through case studies and analyses, we examine the efficacy
of block-chain-based solutions in reducing pollution and fostering greater sustainability in the food industry.
