with ecocentrism and examining biocentrism and deep ecology. It explores the practical applications of environmental
ethics in areas such as conservation, climate change, environmental justice, and sustainable development. The
article also addresses challenges and controversies, including the ethical implications of technological advancements
and the debate between intrinsic and instrumental values of nature. In conclusion, it emphasizes the crucial role
of environmental ethics as a guiding framework for decision-making in the face of contemporary environmental
