Abstract

Chronic pain management increasingly prioritizes personalized, multidisciplinary approaches, integrating psychological interventions like CBT and mindfulness. Non-opioid pharmacological treatments are crucial, as are digital health solutions for selfmanagement. Specialized therapies address neuropathic pain and conditions such as fibromyalgia, emphasizing individualized care. Integrative strategies prove beneficial for older adults. Interventional techniques offer options for refractory cases, while shared decision-making enhances patient outcomes. Medical cannabis is also under review for its efficacy. The goal is tailored, effective relief across diverse chronic pain presentations, acknowledging the complexity of the condition and diverse treatment modalities.
