Abstract
The global mental health crisis has been exacerbated by various factors, including social isolation, economic pressures, and a growing awareness of psychological disorders. Despite the increased recognition of mental health d issues, stigma and limited access to mental health services continue to hinder progress. This paper explores the complex dimensions of the mental health crisis, addressing its social, psychological, and economic impact on individuals and society. Through a review of existing literature, case studies, and expert opinions, the study aims to highlight the urgency for systemic change in the approach to mental health care. The paper also suggests potential solutions, including increased public awareness, improved healthcare infrastructure, and policy reform, to foster a more inclusive and effective mental health support system.
