Xenobiotics, foreign chemicals introduced into living systems, encompass a diverse array of substances, ranging from pharmaceutical drugs to industrial pollutants. This article delves into the multifaceted impact of xenobiotics on living organisms, exploring their classifications, metabolic processes, and environmental implications.
