Microinflammation is a common major mechanism in the pathogenesis of diabetic vascular complications like diabetic nephropathy .Diabetic nephropathy is the major source of end stage renal failure in developed countries. It is further related to the threat of cardiovascular diseases and an enhanced mortality of diabetic patient. Factors responsible for development of neuropathy are glomerular hyper filtration, oxidative stress, accumulation of advanced glycation end products. Diabetic nephropathy is a major cause of mortality in the patients with diabetes throughout the world. Several factors are involved in the development o0f nephropathy, including glomerular hyperfiltration, oxidative stress, accumulation of advanced glycation end products, activation of protein kinase C.
