Eulji University is located in Seongnam City, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea and central Daejeon, South Korea. It is a private university. The University focuses on Health and Medical fields. In 1981 the university was established by Dr. Park Jun-yeong and the Eulji Educational Foundation which was grown as Eulji Hospital. Woo-Hyeon Jo is the President of Eulji University. It has been emerged with the Seoul Health College 40 years ago. The Undergraduate courses are divided in 2 colleges those are College of Medicine and the College of Nursing. Graduate courses, are currently provided only upto the masters level, which are offered by the unified Graduate School. The Eluji hospital is located in Seoul. In Daejeon the university operates an teaching hospital. In 2015, Eluji university ranked top in employment rate in Korea. Daejeon Eulji University Hospital and Nowon Eulji Hospital accommodates the nation’s top health care infrastructures. It is accomodating more than 5000 students. Eluji University is also offering the advance scientific discovery. It is offering a research based platform and it is obtaining many achievements and promoting the health technology and involving the health care experts. Recently, the university started Uijeongbu Campus and General Hospital and it is located in Gyeonggi Northern area. In 21st March 1967 it was established as Seoul School of Health (Vocational college program). On 12th April 1967 the Inauguration ceremony commenced. The first Chairman is Dr. Young-Ha Park and he is inaugurated in 1983. Eluji Medical School was founded in December 11, 1996. Later the name of Eluji Medical School has been changed to Eulji University. In 2003, the university established Beomseok Medical Museum. Eulji University Hospital (Dunsandong) was founded in 2004. This University Ranked Number one for the payment of quasi-tax and upto three consecutive years 2013 and it is mentioned in University Financial Statistics Yearbook. In 2014 the University had Business Agreement with the Green Cross Medical Foundation. The Department of Liberal Arts was established in 2014. The University had Sisterhood Agreement with the United States Ferris State University in 2014.
