University of Hohenheim

University of Hohenheim is located in the southwest, Germany and was founded in 1818. It is elected as most beautiful campus in state. Today, there are approximately 9,000 students and 900 teaching staff, of which slightly more than 100 are professors. University is running various Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in the field of Agricultural Sciences, Natural Sciences, Business, Economics and Social Sciences and Doctoral studies in Agricultural Sciences. Currently it is pursuing research in the fields of health, nutrition, agriculture, consumer protection and environmental protection, as well as economics and communication.
Along with this it is cooperating internationally with various networks like ELLS and the HERMES .It the co-founder of the Euroleague for Life Sciences (ELLS) which was established in 2001 and is one of the members of that network. The HERMES (Higher Education and Research in Management of European Universities) network is providing services to 18 leading European universities in 11 countries. The main aim of this network is to give dual degree programs in Management for all students of Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral. Participated universities work together to define their study programs exchanging professors and organizing joint research projects along with this every year network holds an annual conference at one of the partner universities.
