The University of Teramo is established in the year 1993 with 10,000 Students. In 1991 Joseph Ratzinger led in the University of Teramo on a convention called “Capitalism and Social Rights”. These are 5 faculties in which the university is divided into Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Communication Science, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Political Science, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The Campus and Pole are two realities symbolizing the core areas of the University: The legal, political and communicative areas together with the agro-bio-veterinary area which represent two centers of excellence of the University of Teramo. The University of Teramo has 5 Faculties , 16 degree courses , over 20 Masters , 6 School of Specialization.
Research has achieved concrete results have allowed us to build a network of close relations in the scientific field. The training post-graduate studies provide a valuable improvement in several areas: from the legal profession to the economic, social, communication, management, animal health and governance. The University of Teramo also intends to provide a platform for young graduates permanent training consists of Master, Postgraduate Schools and Courses.
