As per available reports about 100 journals, 162 Conferences, 30 workshops are presently dedicated exclusively to Hemodialysis and about 366282 articles are being published on the current trends in Hemodialysis. In terms of research annually, USA, India, Japan, Brazil and Canada are some of the leading countries where maximum studies related to industry management are being carried out. As reported in Effects of Azilsartan in Ambulatory Patients on Maintenance Hemodialysis: Monitoring at Night and at Home, Special edition. Hemodialysis is a procedure for removing metabolic waste products or toxic substances from the bloodstream by dialysis. Hypertension is prevalent and closely associated with cardiovascular disease (CVD) in patients receiving hemodialysis (HD) therapy. A recent meta-analysis and two observational studies including the Japanese Renal Data Registry and US renal Data System have demonstrated better outcomes in patients treated with antihypertensive agents than those without antihypertensive agents in HD patients. Among the antihypertensive agents, the inhibitory role of the reninangiotensin system (RAS) remains questionable. Recently, an in vitro study has shown that azilsartan, a newly developed angiotensin receptor antagonist (ARB), has a higher affinity for and a slower dissociation from the angiotensin type 1 receptor than other ARB. Furthermore, recent clinical studie have clearly demonstrated that once–daily azilsartan administration persistently lowers 24-hour blood pressures and improves nocturnal hypertension more effectively than other ARBs.
The Journal of Hematology & Thromboembolic Diseases is an academic journal – hosted by OMICS International – a pioneer in open access publishing–and is listed among the top 10 journals in Hemodialysis. Each year research scientists have noticed a rise in the number of congresses being held in this field. The Journal of Hematology & Thromboembolic Diseases provides a unique platform to researchers and scientist to explore the advanced and latest research developments in the field of Hemodialysis, thus bridging the gap between researchers and young scientists.
OMICS International – a pioneer in organizing international conferences which organizes scientific conferences on Clinical Sciences, Engineering & Applied Sciences, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Omics & Management and Pharmaceutical/Chemistry and it is a perfect platform for global networking.
