Our findings suggest that while laparoscopic salpingectomy remains a valuable surgical option, its indications should be carefully considered, and a tailored approach to patient care should be adopted. We highlight the importance of early diagnosis, risk stratification, and shared decision-making in determining the most appropriate treatment strategy for each individual. Furthermore, this study underscores the need for continued research into novel surgical techniques and fertility preservation methods to optimize outcomes for individuals facing tubal pregnancies.
