Abstract
Lung cancer remains a leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide, largely due to late-stage diagnosis and limited therapeutic options. Recent advancements in the identification and utilization of biomarkers have revolutionized lung cancer detection, prognosis, and treatment. This article reviews the current state of lung cancer biomarkers, focusing on their detection methodologies, clinical applications, and future potential in improving patient outcomes.
