Abstract
Fifth metatarsophalangeal joint dislocation is a rare injury. A young person presented with 2 weeks old dislocation of fifth metarsophalangeal joint which was irreducible by closed methods. Open reduction was performed which resulted in good functional outcome at 3 months.
