Abstract
The data synthesizes diverse approaches to weight management, from dietary patterns to behavioral and digital interventions. Plant-based meal planning and the Mediterranean Diet consistently show effectiveness for weight loss and cardiometabolic health [1, 6]. Digital tools for meal tracking and goal setting, alongside personalized nutrition, enhance adherence and outcomes [2, 3, 4]. Behavioral strategies like intensive counseling and mindful eating also contribute to sustained weight reduction [8, 9]. Time-restricted eating and very low-calorie diets offer specialized pathways to weight loss [5, 7]. The broader food environment significantly influences success, indicating a need for comprehensive public health strategies alongside individual efforts [10].
