Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a comprehensive weight loss program for women residing in a
residential facility. The program involved dietary modifications, physical activity, and behavioral strategies tailored to the
unique needs and challenges of this population. Data were collected before and after the intervention, including body
weight, body composition, physical fitness, and dietary habits. The results demonstrated significant improvements in
body weight, body composition, and physical fitness among participants who completed the program. These findings
suggest that women in residential facilities can achieve successful and sustainable weight loss with a structured and
comprehensive program.
