Abstract
Exercise is a crucial component of any weight loss program and has been shown to be effective in reducing fat mass.
This study aimed to explore the relationship between exercise and fat reduction. Participants engaged in a structured
exercise program consisting of aerobic and resistance training for 12 weeks. Body composition was measured using
dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) before and after the program. The results revealed a significant reduction in
fat mass among participants, indicating the effectiveness of exercise in reducing fat.
