Biography
Dr. Argyris G Panaras is Independent Researcher and Aerospace Engineering Consultant at Athens, Greece. He has been visiting professor at Cranfield University,department of aerospace sciences, United Kingdom, Cranfield, visiting scientist at German Aerospace Center (DLR), fluid mechanics Germany, Goettingen. He has been senior research associate of NASA Ames Research Center, in NASA advanced supercomputing division and fundamental modeling and simulation United States, Mountain View, California. He is also the member of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
His skills and expertise are in the fields of numerical simulation, computational fluid dynamics, fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, turbulence modeling, vortex, aeronautics, turbulence, boundary layer, computational physics, large eddy simulation. He has been awarded by Science and Technology Organization , AVT Panel Excellence Award and Associate Fellow AIAA in May 1995.
