Biography
Mr. Sarfraz Ahmad is a consultant urological and Robotic surgeon at NHS Garmpian, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI), Aberdeen UK. Mr Ahmad is a part of pelvic oncology team and lead for Robotic assisted Radical Cystectomy at ARI. He has performed the first Robotic assisted Radical Cystectomy with intracorporeal ileal conduit in Scotland. He did his medical graduation (MBBS) from Nishtar Medical College Multan, Pakistan. He received PhD from National University of Ireland in 2010. He was selected for UK's national training programme in Urology in 2010 and successfully completed the higher surgical training. He was awarded with fellow ship (FRCS) in urology from Royal College of surgeons of Edinburgh, UK. He has presented his research work in various national and international meetings and has more than 55 publications in peer review journals.
