Biography
Elena Tamburini has extended his valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.Research Interest
Research has included applied research in the agri-food field and renewable energy, in particular for valorization/reuse of agricultural or agro-industrial waste, use of microbial technologies for the production of industrial attractive metabolites in pharma and food sectors, development of innovative analytical approaches based on NIR spectroscopy and HPTLC technique.
