Biography
LUCA SINEO has 12 years experienced the supervision of a private medical research laboratory. Author of a significant number of international publications in the field of Evolutionary Anthropology and Primatology, and in Bioarchaeology, and lecturer in more than 130 international congresses and meetings. Is involved in Primates Conservation programs and has a yearly frequentation in South Saharan Africa.
Research Interest
Areas of interest: Primate Cytogenetics. Molecular Cytogenetics and single locus mapping in non-human primates. Genus Cercopithecus Evolution, Primate conservation.
Species of interest: Cercopithecus (guenon), Chlorocebus (vervet), Gorilla (gorilla), Macaca (macaque), Pan (chimpanzee), Pongo (orangutan)
