Biography

Bachelors at Biological Sciences at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) (1986), Master in Psychobiology - UFRN (1993) and PhD in Psychology at University of Reading (1999). Currently is an Associate Professor of Human and Animal Physiology and Behavioral Endocrinology at the Physiology Department of Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Has experience in studies on animal behavior, acting on the following topics: behavioral endocrinology, reproductive and parental behavior, and stress response. The main experimental subjects are Neotropical primates and humans.
