Santosh Kapil Gorti has completed his bachelors from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University  in the year 2007 and M.S (MSc in Pharmaceutical Analysis)University of Strathclyde , UK in 2008. He worked as Research Assistant at Sai Advantium Pharma Ltd, pune and as Research Scientist Advinus Therapeutics during April 2013 – May 2015 Pune Area, India. Currently he is working as Application Support Specialist at SCIEX, Gurgaon, India.

Research Interest

His topics of research interests include Method development and method validation using LC-MS/MS, To support pharmacokinetic and toxicology group for formulation, plasma and tissue sample analysis, Metabolite identification from in vitro and in vivo samples by using LC-MS/MS (Q TRAP) (incubations in recombinant CYPs, microsomes, S9 fractions, hepatocytes) and also LC-MS/MS method development for Cassette analysis for PK and Cocktail method for CYP inhibition
