Amal Bakr Shori is an Assistant Professor for King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. Amal Bakr Shori received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in food biotechnology from University of Malaya, Malaysia in the 2013, Amal Bakr Shori is a graduated in Biology science from Taif University, Saudi Arabia. in the 2005 , with an immediate post-graduation in biotechnology from University of Malaya, Malaysia in the 2009. Amal Bakr Shori served as an Assistant Professor for 2015 in King Abdulaziz University. As an Assistant Professor, Amal Bakr Shori is a recipient of many awards and grants for Amal Bakr Shori valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. Amal Bakr Shori research interests, as an Assistant Professor lie in Food & Industrial Microbiology.
