She is a Former Retired Director Nursing Services, Ministry of Health, Kenya. She served as the Chief Nursing Officer in Ministry of Medical Sciences from Kenya for 3 years. She received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Nursing. She is the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board Member of Human Resources and her area of expertise, as a Chief Nursing Officer credits him/her with many publications in national and international journals. She is committed to highest standards of excellence.
