 Associate Professor, Drexel Dermatology, Drexel University College of Medicine, USA

Biography

She is awarded PhD in Public Health from Temple University in 1998. She holds a Master Degree (MPH) from Temple University, Pennsylvania, in the 1993.followed by a Bachelor’s Degree BA in Biochemistry from Mount Holyoke College, USA in the 1985. Currently, she is working as anAssociate Professor for Drexel University College of Medicine and of Epidemiology. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals. 

Research Interest

 Jennifer Culhane's research interests include the interaction of stress, infection and pregnancy outcomes. She is currently the principal investigator for multiple research grants from the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, examining the causes of pre-term birth and particularly the associated racial and ethic disparities. In addition to her work at Drexel University College of Medicine, she also holds a research position at the University of Pennsylvania.
