Biography
Yasuo Miura is has been Chief of Tokyo Branch since June 2015 and Managing Executive Officer of Shimadzu Corporation.He served as Accounting and Sales Representative at Shimadzu Corporation. He serves as a Director of Shimadzu Corporation.He also served as a Professor in the Department of Transfusion Medicine and Cell Therapy at Kyoto University Hospital, Kyoto, Japan and Department of Hematology at Kobe City Medical Center General Hospital, Japan. As a Professor, he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. His research interests includes Mesenchymal stem cell; Immunomodulation; Graft versus host disease; Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation transplantation. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books.
