Biography

Dr. Patrice Estellé was born in 1974 and he is an Associate Professor, head of “Materials & Thermo-Rheology” department at the Université Rennes 1, France. He received his PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2004 from INSA Rennes. He has published more than 100 research and conference papers, including 40 refereed papers in ISI Web of Science. Some of them are classified as “Highly cited” papers (Essential Science Indicators ℠). He has been involved in several industrial and academic research projects in France and Europe as PI or Co-I. He is a board member of the French Group of Rheology and management committee member of European COST action “Overcoming Barriers to Nanofluids Market Uptake”. His research interests currently include nanofluids thermophysical properties, nanofluids heat and mass transfer and rheology of soft matter and complex materials.
