Shcherbacov Victor  was born on 30th of october,1956. He obtained his doctorate in physics and mathematics from Academy of Sciences of Moldova.Currently he is working as Principal Researcher for Institute of Mathematics, Chisinau.

Research Interest

Loops; quasigroups; $n$-ary systems; Sets with a single binary operation (groupoids); Orthogonal arrays; Latin squares; Room squares Linear codes, general; Cryptograph; Authentication and secret sharing.

More than 30 years.

2. What is the research topic you are working on currently?

Nuclei and A-nuclei in quasigroups.

3. What do you think are the attributes for a quality article?

Good result.

6. Where can the journal find the maximum scope in terms of niche?

This is reflected in the name of journal (Generalized Lie Theory and Applications)

7. What is your greatest career accomplishment?

Doctor Habilitatus in Physics and Mathematics, Principal Researcher

8. How does the published scientific content assist the potential researchers?

Direct. New results usually are continuation or generalization of previous ones.

9. What is the purpose of serving as an editor?

To wright good Referee reports or invite as Referee the most qualified scientists.

10. Do you have any patents filed for your research?

I can have but I do not want to have patents. This is relatively long procedure.

11. Have you contributed any editorials or papers (any type) to OMICS Journals in the past two years?

I have submitted two papers, wrote Referee reports and have indicated good Referees for the Journal GLTA.
