Editor’s Note on Volume 6 Issue 4

Due to the great and accelerated development in the medical and surgical fields which we observe and live it daily, we need reliable and simple ways to keep doctors and clinical practitioners in direct contact with these developments to be able to continue his professional work in high quality. Here we can distinguish clearly the importance of this online journal (Open Access) to share medical and surgical experience, rare case reports and research results. It all leads to strengthening of surgical and medical expertise and creates new ideas for scientific research. So, here we have to thank those in charge of this journal for their considerable and great efforts in this area.
