Lymphoma can be diagnosed by Physical exam: swollen lymph nodes, including in your neck, underarm and groin, as well as a swollen spleen or liver. Blood tests: ALK gene rearrangements- anaplastic large cell lymphoma and CD20- Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Imaging tests: MRI, PET, CT scan. Biopsy: Biopsy of lymph node and bone marrow. Abnormal Reed-Sternberg cells are found within the lymph node.
