The University of Florence is an Italian public research university present in Florence, Italy. It embodies 12 schools and has around 60,000 understudies enlisted. The first college in Florence was the Studium Generale, which was built by the Florentine Republic in 1321. The Studium was perceived by Pope Clement VI in 1349, and approved to concede normal degrees. The Pope likewise settled that the first Italian staff of Theology would be in Florence.
