Juliette Schaafsma
Biography
Juliette Schaafsma is a social scientist and she obtained her PhD on December 6, 2006. The title of her dissertation is: "Ethnic diversity at work. Diversity attitudes and experiences in Dutch organizations." Her research interests lie broadly in cultural diversity and intercultural communication, processes of social in- and exclusion, and intergroup hostility and reconciliation.
