Biography
Dr. Roger Thomas holds a B.A. Honours, Economics (Cambridge); Ph.D. Sociology (Yale), MD (McMaster) and practised as a rural physician 1979 in Newfoundland. Through 1980 to 1983, Dr. Thomas performed Medical Missionary work in Malawi. Dr. Thomas has held faculty positions at the following locations: East Carolina University, Toronto, Ottawa, Newfoundland, now Calgary.
Research Interest
Systematic reviews, vaccine effectiveness and adverse effects, screening children for behavioural and developmental problems, continuity of care, and medication interactions.
