Prof. Stefano Necozione graduated in Medicine and Surgery. He is specialist in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine, has a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Biometry. Necozione is full professor of Hygiene and Preventive Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of L’Aquila, and Head of Department of Internal Medicine and Public Health of the University of L’Aquila since 2008. He is already member of the Nucleus of Evaluation of the University of L’Aquila and Vice-president of the School of Specialisation in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine of the University of L’Aquila. Necozione has published over 100 articles on international and national journals in fields of epidemiology, clinical epidemiology and evidence based medicine.
