Zippi Maddalena is First Level Medical Directing in Gastroenterology and Digestive Hospital at Sandro Pertini Hospital of Rome. She holds the following academic degrees (University of the Studies “La Sapienza” of Rome): degree in Medicine and Surgery (2000), Specialization in Gastroenterology (2004), PhD in Gastroenterology and Surgical Physiopathology (2014). Moreover, Second Level Master in Colonproctology (2007) and in Operative Digestive Endoscopy (2010). Principal areas of expertice: Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD), Pancreatic diseases, Bilio-pancreatic endoscopy (ERCP), Diagnostic and therapeutic upper- and lower- digestive endoscopy.
