Biography

Dr. Craig Salcido delivers comprehensive care and encourages his patients to play an active role in their treatment and decision making process; as well as educate them about the current standards of care throughout all phases of their lives. Dr. Salcido completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California in 1994. After working in research at Children`s Hospital of Los Angeles, he attended New York Medical College and in 1999 he earned his medical degree. He went on to complete his Ob/Gyn residency at University of Arizona in 2003. There he was awarded the Chief Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon Award. He is certified physician in obstetrics and gynecology and also certified in obstetric first trimester Nuchal Translucency Screening.

Research Interest

Robotic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, Evaluation and management of pelvic floor dysfunction, Urinary incontinence, Abnormal pap smears, Infertility, Menopause, Irregular bleeding, and Adolescent medicine in addition to general and high risk obstetrics.
