Biography

Roger A. Boothroyd, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, College of Behavioral and Community Sciences at the University of South Florida where he has worked for the past 17 years. He also holds a faculty appointment in the College of Public Health. He received his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Statistics from the State University of New York at Albany, specializing in measurement, evaluation, and research design. He teaches courses in measurement, research methodology, program evaluation, and statistics.
