China, officially the People’s Republic of China, is the one of the most popular state that has higher number of population of around 1.381 billion. It is the world second largest state by land area and either third or fourth by the total area. China is a cradle of civilization, with its known history beginning with an ancient civilization one of the world’s earliest that flourished in the fertile basin of the Yellow River in the North China Plain.

Geographically, China is the second largest county in the world after Russia. China's total area is generally stated as being approximately 9,600,000 km2. It has longest combined land boarder in the world. There are two major rivers are there in china they are Yellow River and the Yangtze River. China is the world's leading investor in renewable energy commercialization, with $52 billion invested in 2011 alone.

China has the world's second-largest economy in terms of nominal GDP, totalling approximately US$10.380 trillion according to the International Monetary Fund. China was a world leader in science and technology until the Ming Dynasty. Initial Chinese inventions are papermaking, printing, the compass, and gunpowder later it became spread in Asia and Europe. Also there is a great growth in the field of Food Science. There is a frequent publication in Food Science Journal lists. China is rapidly developing its education system with an emphasis on science, mathematics and engineering.

In Physics, Medicine, Chemistry and Physiology this nation produced 7 Nobel laureates so far. Japan has established infrastructure for advanced medical research.
