Professor Jinyong Peng has received his PhD from The Second Military Medical University, Shanghai, China during the period of 2003-2006, and received his post-doctoral degree in Analytical Chemistry from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dalian, China. Currently, he is working as the dean of the Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, College of Pharmacy, Dalian Medical University. He is serving as an Associate Editor or Editorial Member of more than ten reputed journals. He has published more than 70 research articles. He is a member of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, Chinese Pharmacological Society, and Chinese Chemical Society. He has honored as The Award Young Teacher of Fok Ying Tong Education Foundation, Access to the Liaoning Provence Science and Technology Advancement Award, Second Class, The Award Young Scientist of Dalian.

Research Interest

To develop and establish effective or new high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Gas chromatography (GC), HPLC-MS/MS, nano-RP-HPLC-ESI-MS/MS/ MS, high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC), and some coupling chromatographic techniques used for preparation, determination or analysis of pharmaceuticals, natural products, biological samples and proteins.
