To make soil safer from the impurities created by industrial manufacturing a need to understand re-vegetation acting as soil
amendment and neutralization by bacterial biomechanistic cycling. By doping a gradient partition collagen substrate with
the impurities of the brownfield soil we created we created a small scale duplicate which allowed us to evaluate the propagation of
the nitrogen cycle bacterium to estimate the the pattern for plant growth which was extrapolated to large scale.
