Special Issue: Global research on Infectious coronavirus (Covid-19)
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), which appeared in China in December 2019, presents a global challenge, particularly as there is absence of definitive treatment. Presently there is no vaccine or approved anti-viral drug is available to treat COVID-19. The management of patients mainly focuses on the provision of supportive care such as fluid management, oxygenation and ventilation for the critically ill.
Considering the current scenario and to bring novel approaches and scientific outcomes to the society, Journal of Infectious Diseases and Therapy is coming-up with a special issue on “Global research on Infectious coronavirus (Covid-19)”. This special issue is being edited by Dr. Naveen patil.
Naveen patil is an Assistant Professor in University Hospital for Infectious Diseases, United States of America. He has a vast experience in dealing with infectious diseases, their prevention and control. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
We encourage potential authors and researchers to take part in this special issue and help us in bringing novel medical and clinical approaches for dealing with infectious coronavirus (Covid-19)”.
The Journal will be accepting novel research articles, review articles, perspective studies, clinical trial protocols, case reports and letter to editors on all topics which justifies with the scope of the special issue “Global research on Infectious coronavirus (Covid-19)”.
