Biography

Doctor Industrial Engineer, Master in Occupational Risks Master in Renewable Energy and Master in Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid, has been a student of Senior Management Program at IESE (University of Pamplona). Formed in private enterprise, professionally he has held senior technical responsibility in the engineering field, carrying out an intense projective work, having participated, directed and / or managed more than 250 engineering projects exceeding 425 million euros. Since 2011 he is member of the National Technical Committee of the Spanish Technical Association of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

He teaches at the University of Extremadura since 2001, accredited in the category of Associate Professor, has over 80 scientific publications and 5 patents, he has directed more than 45 Bachelor and Master Thesis Projects, obtaining in 11 of them Honours and has participated in over 30 research projects and contracts with technology companies as principal investigator. He has led several postgraduate courses and has been a visiting research and teaching at universities in Germany, Slovenia, Colombia, Chile, France, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria.
