Georgia Hardavella
Biography
Dr Georgia Hardavella is a Consultant Respiratory Physician and Lead for Lung Cancer and Bronchoscopy services at King’s College Hospital in London having received dedicated training for these at University College London (UCL). She has also recently set up and leads a dedicated Pulmonary Nodules Service at King's. She has developed clinical research projects at UCL (EBUS, photodynamic therapy) and is currently expanding the clinical research portfolio at King’s College London (pulmonary nodules/lung cancer). Her main research interests include prognostic markers in lung cancer and pulmonary nodules, interventional bronchoscopies and quality indexes in thoracic oncology. Dr Hardavella has received numerous awards (14) in a national and international level and has an extended portfolio of scientific and research activities in an international level
